Our Mission is to provide the very best leadership coaching and executive coaching in government relations, strategic planning and governance services to organisations with a social purpose, whether they are starting up, changing or expanding.
Our Team
We are a small, highly trained group led by Natasha Rees, who has over 30 years experience in working with state and federal governments.
She has over 20 years of hands-on experience working with not-for-profit executives and boards. Her areas of expertise include risk management, change management, business growth, team wellbeing, strategic planning and corporate governance. As a Fellow with the Governance Institute of Australia, she is recognised as a leader on corporate governance, particularly in the not-for profit sector.
Natasha has studied, lived and worked across several states, with experience in social housing, disability, aged care and Aboriginal-led social enterprises.
Our Approach
We specialise in working with Boards and Executives of disability, aged care and Aboriginal-led organisations to help them improve they way they engage with government.
We look outside the box, ask challenging questions and take a holistic perspective to help you achieve your goals.
We work collaboratively with our clients using an extensive set of strategic planning methodologies to develop and implement strategic change that lasts.
We do it with you, not for you.

We believe in empowering Aboriginal-led social enterprises and supporting them with the leadership skills and tools to determine their own future.
We believe in listening to people with disability and older people to enable them to make choices and exercise their own decisions.
