We are a small, highly trained group led by Natasha Rees, who has over 30 years experience in working with state and federal governments.
She has over 20 years of hands-on experience working with not-for-profit executives and boards. Her areas of expertise include risk management, change management, business growth, team wellbeing, strategic planning and corporate governance. As a Fellow with the Governance Institute of Australia, she is recognised as a leader on corporate governance, particularly in the not-for profit sector.
Natasha has studied, lived and worked across several states, with experience in social housing, disability, aged care and Aboriginal-led social enterprises.
We specialise in working with Boards and Executives of disability, aged care and Aboriginal-led organisations to help them improve they way they engage with government.
We look outside the box, ask challenging questions and take a holistic perspective to help you achieve your goals.
We work collaboratively with our clients using an extensive set of strategic planning methodologies to develop and implement strategic change that lasts.
